The Embodiment of Happiness

Wellness is often presented as temporary refuge — moments of silence, relaxation, escape, or recovery from the intensity of life. While these experiences can be supportive beginnings, I have always been more interested in the embodiment of wellness than in momentary retreat from discomfort.

What are the changes one can make that generate greater wellness?
What are the choices that create these changes?
What personal tools can be developed, refined, or reimagined in service of a more joyful and fulfilling life?

Happiness has also become a popular concept for promotion, yet happiness is not something another person can simply give to you. As a facilitator of happiness, I cannot create happiness on another’s behalf. I can, however, introduce levity, awareness, perspective, and experiences that make different possibilities available. In doing so, change and transformation naturally begin to occur.

Change can feel uncomfortable, unfamiliar, and even intimidating. It can also feel invigorating, liberating, and deeply alive. Often, the experience of change depends on the relationship one has with restriction, limitation, and possibility itself.

Willingness to change, willingness to make changes, and willingness to transform are essential elements within any evolving life. Expecting another person to create every necessary shift on one’s behalf is unrealistic. Yet becoming willing to participate in one’s own transformation can create profound movement.

Happiness becomes embodied when we create a life that allow more of ourself to exist within it.

All things considered, the embodiment of greater happiness is a worthwhile road to walk. If you choose to explore that path, I am here to walk alongside you for part of the journey.
